Our Services

  • Online from the comfort of your home or office, this is our starting point. It is designed for you to clarify your goals and for us to truly get to know you, allowing us to create a personalized consultation plan, your unique signature system, to guide you from start to finish.

Most initial consultations require 60 minutes to get an in depth picture of your health goals, assess your individual needs, then create a plan for the education and tools necessary to guide you.

    From $190

  • Extended consultation with additional personalised nutrition analysis. This consult type offers a comprehensive breakdown of your energy and protein requirements, micronutrient and macronutrient intake and needs and fatty acid ratios. This extended appointment is required for all children as well as pregnant and breastfeeding women. These appointments are also available for anyone wanting to deep dive into your health to be confident that you are getting complete nutrition (meeting all your nutrient targets) from your diet.

A 90 minute initial consultation is required for all infants, children and adolescents, as well as clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or would like to include an in depth nutrition analysis in their first consultation.

    From $330

  • These online follow-up appointments will provide accountability with celebrating your wins, strategies to overcome barriers or challenges and give you the education and tools for long lasting success. Typically, these consultations are every two weeks when establishing the foundations of new routines, then every four to twelve weeks for maintenance, relapse prevention and accountability.

Follow-up consultations typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the topics and coaching covered.

All mindful eating consultations require 60-minute follow-ups due to the complexity of addressing individual psychological needs and techniques.

    From $95

  • For adults who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, nutritional analysis of your diet is an optional add on. If you wish to have a nutrition analysis separate to your initial consult, a flat fee of $100 applies. To do this, you will need to complete a very detailed three day food diary using the Easy Diet Diary app, which integrates with our practitioner only Foodworks Software- an Australian Nutrition Database. Contact our team for more information.

    From $100

  • Meal plans are an optional add on and provided using the Eatlove Nutrition Software. The software is available as a phone app and website, although we find the website more user friendly and less glitchy! Meal plans are for 5 days to account for left overs and days when you may eat outside the home. This price includes a full one month access to the meal planning software. If you wish to extend your meal plan beyond the initial one month, a reduced rate of $50 per subsequent month applies to update the calculations based on any changes in body size or lifestyle.

    From $100

Consultation prices vary based on the duration and complexity of your health concerns, with more complex cases requiring extra care and preparation from our dietitians to ensure you achieve your health goals.

Appointment Policy

Bookings Policy:

A 50% Holding Deposit is required to secure your booking in our diary. This will be deducted from your total invoice fee at the end of your consultation.

We will send you a confirmation email once your booking is secured in your dietitians diary. We also understand that life gets busy! So we will send you plenty of SMS and email reminders regarding your booking time.

However, respect for time is a two way street.

Last minute cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, with the exception of extenuating circumstances such as emergencies or illness, will result in the business retaining this holding deposit to cover our practitioners time and as a courtesy to the patients on our waiting list who were unable to use this time.

But we aren’t monsters. If the unexpected does genuinely happen and extenuating circumstances occur, just let our reception team know. They may simply request proof such as a medical certificate.

  • To aid time for future transactions, we will ask for your payment details upfront in order to book your appointment. These are kept in our database in a secure data encrypted location for the duration you are a client within our system. Payment can be made via EFTPOS or Credit Card (AMEX and Diners are not accepted).

  • Confidentiality and security is at the core of our Practioner Software, Halaxy, so that you can fell confident that we are managing your data in accordance with National Privacy Policies.

Internally, Halaxy is operated from Melbourne, and data for Australian practitioners is stored within Australia in securely protected data centres with multiple backups in place. This data is protected by 256-bit bank grade security and encryption, meaning patient records, notes, and payment information are protected to the same level required by Australian banks. All information is encrypted and stored in a securely protected data centre in Australia with multiple backups in place. Your data is hosted on servers with state-of-the-art security and are located within Australia.

Halaxy service staff cannot see sensitive information; when Halaxy service staff access your account to assist with service queries, all confidential details are randomised or removed. If Halaxy staff need to assist with regard to a particular patient, they will ask for an anonymous patient ID rather than a patient's name.

Halaxy is integrated with funding bodies (such as Medicare and DVA), Halaxy passed system-wide security and operational tests to be permitted to integrate with these governmental bodies.

  • Halaxy's payments gateway is powered by Braintree in Australia and Hyperwallet in the EU. Both are subsidiaries of PayPal, who as one of the world's largest payments providers are protected by bank-grade encryption and world-class security protocols.

As a security measure, card details are stored through our partners and not stored by Halaxy directly, so payments data is not stored with patient records and Halaxy cannot retrieve card details.

When a patient's or client's card details are entered into Halaxy, they are stored and tokenised by Halaxy's payments gateway. This means that once initially entered and captured, card details are not visible to anybody within the clinic or at Halaxy and cannot be retrieved by Halaxy. If card details need to be altered or updated, this requires the card to be completely re-entered, as a tokenised card is unable to be edited.

In addition, Halaxy features a customisable authorised payment limit for transactions at which point the cardholder is required to enter a verification code via SMS to authorise the transaction. This not only protects cardholders from unauthorised transactions, it also lowers the risk of disputed payments because the cardholder is required to actively authorise the payment.
